Our farms

The cows that produce the milk for our cheeses eat exclusively grass and fodder from this land.

Each wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano requires 600 liters of milk: therefore, the quality of our cheese also depends on the quality of the milk.
For this reason, each farm is subject to rigorous periodic checks to ensure that no animal products are added to the cows' diet.

The result is a natural, good, healthy product!
